POLICY:
- Utilization of the Received money, Zakat and other charities etc according the Islamic Sharia in the rightful venues.
- Utilization of the accumulated donations for the welfare of People.
- The Society can use the accumulated money on its discretion on any occasion as the need arises.
- Administrative expenditures for the society are mainly met from the following two resources.
CABINET/STAFF/VOLUNTEERS OF RIADH WELFARE SOCIETY
- Cabinet consist of 7 members.
- Board of Governors / Executive body consists of 9 members.
- Permanent Staff members are 10.
- Women Wing Consist of 40 members.
- Monthly Saving members are 100.
- Volunteer’s members are more than 500.
Board of Directors is the Supreme Body of the organization consisting of 7 members for every three years. The board is responsible for the overall planning, policy and procedures, progress review, compensation approval, purchasing approvals, yearly financial budgeting, committee formation for different matters and to keep check and balance within the organization’s systems. The board monitors and reviews the performance of the executive director. The board meets on quarterly basis and review the organizational progress. Members of the board can visit/ monitor any of the project sites without prior notice. Operational level powers and authorities are delegated by the board to the executive director for the smooth implementation of the organizational operations. It is also responsible to resolve conflicts among the staff, other stakeholders and beneficiaries.
DIRECTORS:
Director is the most responsible position in the organization. She/he is responsible and accountable to the Board of Directors. She/he is responsible to implement all the policies and procedures made by the Board of Directors with the support of management staff. Director is responsible for the management, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of all the projects and programs. She/he gives most of the operational and financial approvals. Small size of purchasing, procurements can be made by the approval of the Director. She/he is the chairperson of purchasing, procurement and hiring and firing committee.
MANAGEMENT LEVEL STAFF MEMBERS:
Program Manager and Deputy Director are management level staff members and responsible to assist Director and to their respective line managers in the planning and operations of programs of the organization. They are selected by the hiring committee with the recommendation of the Director and responsible for their jurisdiction according to rules and regulations and their job descriptions.
DEPUTY DIRECTORS AND FINANCE OFFICERS:
Deputy Director & finance officer is responsible for the organization’s financial budgeting and planning, purchasing, procurements, auditing, and financial record keeping. He/she is responsible to assist and monitor the accountants and logistics staff.
FIELD OFFICE STAFF MEMBERS:
Our field offices comprise of program manager, Director CBR Network, who work under the supervision of Program managers in respective activities and in order to make projects successful. They are being monitored by our Monitoring & Evaluation department.

Gender mainstreaming and gender equality, total quality management, community centric approaches, adherence to human rights and social accountability are our key competencies and strengths in the projects.
